Do you work with individuals or only companies?
Both. Individuals come for mentoring, IT help or a website; companies for IT, cloud, data, AI and training.
Do you provide ongoing IT support?
Yes. Support is available by the hour or as a monthly plan covering your users, devices and accounts, with response times agreed in writing.
Can you work alongside our IT provider or team?
Yes. We often take on one project or specialty (cloud, security, AI) next to an internal team or another provider, with documentation they can take over.
Where are you based?
Montreal. We work remotely with clients anywhere, and on-site in the Montreal area.
How much does it cost?
It depends on scope. After the discovery call you receive a written, fixed or estimated price; nothing is billed before you agree.
Is our data safe?
Yes. We work inside your accounts where possible, sign an NDA on request and follow least-privilege access. Data stays where you decide.
How fast can we start?
Usually within one to two weeks after the discovery call, depending on scope.
